Notification of Right to Request Teacher Qualifications
The educators in the Jackson County Public Schools are committed to providing a quality instructional program for your child. Our district receives federal funds for Title I programs as part of the No Chid Left Behind Act (NCLB). Under NCLB, parents/guardians have the right to request information regarding the professional qualifications of their child's teacher. If you would like to request this information, contact your school's principal. Include your child's name, the names of your child's teacher(s), and an address or email address where information may be sent.
